Cape Town, South Africa — 4 September, 2018 – Ontec Systems (Pty) Ltd, a leader in smart metering technology, has hosted their tenth annual Users Conference. During the conference, the continent’s leading utility and technology professionals and projects were honoured and successes celebrated.
Award Recipients included: Midvaal Municipality and Knysna Municipality for their respective awards in ‘Multi-Resource Implementation’; City of Umhlathuze and Saldanha Municipality for their respective awards in ‘True Spirit of Collaboration’; Breede Valley Municipality for their award in ‘Best Revenue Assurance’ and Gift of the Givers for their award in ‘Best Social Impact Project’. The award recipients were congratulated by Ontec’s Chief Executive Officer Damian Padachi and Chief Strategy Officer, Dhasi Naidoo during a formal gala dinner gathering.
